Customizing Analytics Views

To customize a view so that it displays only the information you want, do the following:

Click [All Views ] to display all available Views.

Locate and select the analytics view you want to customize.

Click [Customize ].

For more detailed information on customizing a view, see the Creating and Customizing a View topic.

The Customer Transaction Detail Distributed and Customer Transaction Details topics list additional columns that you can add to these two views. This topic identifies columns you can add to the rest of the Analytics views. These columns have been assigned abbreviated labels due to the limited column header display options of these list views. These abbreviations apply mostly to pre-determined dates or period ranges. The Customers, Inventory Models, Service Contract Equipments, Service Contracts, and Service Equipments Analytics views are assigned the abbreviated columns. The following tables list the different Analytics column heading formats and provide a description of each.

Column abbreviations with CY-M-## (CY = Current Fiscal Year, M = Month, ## = Two-digit Month of the Current Fiscal Year):
