Logging In

To administer RemoteTech features, you need to log in to RemoteTech as an administrator and access the Feature Configuration page.

Contact your system administrator for the URL for your RemoteTech server. In typical configurations you can access RemoteTech using a URL similar to http://yourdomain/RTS/plogin.aspx.

Open your browser. In the address field, type the URL for the plogin.aspx RemoteTech web page and press Enter.

In the User name field, enter admin or your administrative user ID.

In the Password field, enter the password associated with the User ID.

In the Company field, enter the name of the e-automate company for which to administer RemoteTech options.

Click the [Login] button.
