Additional Info - Tax Exempt Customers

Tip: If you have customers that are tax exempt, ECI recommends that on the customer record you assign what would normally be the correct tax code and then uncheck the Taxable checkbox on the customer record. Checking the Taxable checkbox on the customer record enables you to then identify an exempt code.
