Additional Info - Per Tax Flag Exceptions

When you have an invoice associated with a tax code that has a tax flag exception, e-automate groups all of the charges (items) on the invoice together by tax flag and then applies the tax exception rules. The system then repeats this process for each unique tax flag on the invoice.
