Changing an E-info Password

Your customer’s e-info administrator has the ability to set or reset their user passwords. There may be cases where you are asked to set or reset the passwords. If this is the case, e-info user passwords can be set or reset in the contact record in e-automate. The password displays with asterisks so you cannot tell a user what their password is currently. However, you can reset the password through the Web password field found on the Profile tab of the contact record.

To set or reset the e-info user password:

From the People menu, select Contacts to display the contact list.

Select the contact for which you want to set or reset the e-info password and click [Edit].

In the Web password field under the Contact information region, enter a password.

Click [OK] to save the password.
