Release Notes for ESN Build 3426

Previously, the system provided inventory availability data to EvolutionX based on products in e-automate warehouses that were active, that were designated as company site warehouses, and that were in the same branch location as the customer.

Now, if EvolutionX database component version 2.0.0+ has been run against your e-automate database, you can use a new EvoX Live Inventory attribute to specify the warehouse(s) from which the system should return live inventory availability data for a list of products in e-automate to EvolutionX. For more information, see the Integrating EvolutionX with E-automate (Overview) topic.

If you do not use the new EvoX Live Inventory attribute to specify the warehouse(s) to use for this purpose, the system will continue to use the e-automate warehouses that are active, that are designated as company site warehouses, and that are in the same branch location as the customer when calculating inventory availability information for a list of products from e-automate to send to EvolutionX.

Previously, If an AP Invoice tax flag in the PurchaseOrderInvoiceDetails, APInvoiceCharge, or POInvoiceExpense API was left blank, the system defaulted the tax flag's value to ITEM. If you renamed or deleted the ITEM tax flag, a "Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'TaxFlagID'..." error occurred.

Now, the system uses the default specified in the Tools > Options > Tax options > Tax as defaults > Items field.

Previously, the system also restricted the GL Account based on Account Type, but that restriction has now been removed.

This change was made to accommodate payments made via EvolutionX when credit card details are not saved.
