Additional Info - Auto Applying a Credit Memo

You can automatically apply a credit memo to multiple customer invoices. Select the credit memo and click [Auto apply customer credit memos]. E-automate applies the total credit memo to the oldest invoices first and continues to apply the memo until the balance of the memo is exhausted or there is a balance remaining on the credit memo.
