QuickDeal Overview

Using ECI's QuickDeal (previously known as a DOCassess suite product), you can create a total cost of ownership (TCO) and proposal in ten minutes. This software automates the process of generating a customer's current TCO and your proposed TCO by importing device data—including volume and associated pricing—and pricebook information. You can easily view and edit detailed and summary current TCO, detailed and summary proposed TCO, and side-by-side detailed and summary current and proposed TCO. You can generate proposal documents, lease agreements, service agreements, and other reports that are fully customizable to your specific requirements.
