Additional Info - Priority Usage

You can indicate if e-automate should use the Default priority, Priority weight, Call back number of days, or Call alert parameters based on the equipment or the system options. The system checks the equipment record first to determine what the settings are. If the Use model call back and call alert parameters checkbox is checked, e-automate looks to the model’s call back and alert settings. If the Use system call back and call alert parameters checkbox is checked, e-automate looks to the Service Calls and Service Dispatch options to determine call back number of days and call alert parameters.
