Creating Incomplete Codes

An Incomplete Code is used to identify the reason why a call is not completed. You mark a call as Incomplete during the invoice call procedure. When you mark a call Incomplete, e-automate gives you the opportunity to copy the call so you have two calls on one work order.

With two calls on the work order you can associate the first call’s labor, travel and materials with the original call. When the reason the first call was incomplete is resolved, you dispatch the second call and record the second call’s labor, travel and materials in association with the second call.
