Placing Messages on Reports
When generating reports out of your e-automate system, you can identify a message that will display on the bottom left of your customer deliverable reports. For example, you may want to specify a restocking fee or include a seasonal message. You can create many messages to suit your needs and change them by editing your company or branch report options as necessary.
Getting to the TransactionGetting to the Transaction
From the Tools menu, select Lists and Codes to open the Lists and Codes window.
In the Select a list or code type field, use the drop-down menu to select Invoice Messages.
Click [New] to open the New Message window.
Basic InformationBasic Information
Complete the
following fields as appropriate.
Name: Name of the report message.
Message: Enter the actual message to be displayed on the invoices
when this message is selected.
Completing the TransactionCompleting the Transaction
Click [OK] to save the message.
