E-agent Access (On Premise)
E-agent is installed with e-admin and is accessed from the Tools menu within e-automate. When you launch e-agent, it opens in your default internet browser. The e-automate credentials entered when you login to e-agent are used to launch e-agent. You setup up permissions to e-agent in e-admin prior to launching the e-agent.
E-agent PermissionsE-agent Permissions
In order to access e-agent and create and/or manipulate tasks you are required to have a specific e-agent permission called, e-agent Tasks. If a user does not have e-agent permissions and they attempt to access e-agent, they are denied access. Contact your system administrator to gain permission.
Caution: Once permissions has been granted to e-agent Tasks, DGServer must be restarted in order for those permissions to be valid.
