Additional Info - Billing Meter Audit Report

To assist you with meter collection, you can use the Billing Meter Audit report found in the Reports Console under Service. e-automate populates the Billing Meter Audit report with contract metered equipment that is currently in the billing queue and on the Billing queue tab that also have missing meters. If you have not populated the Billing Queue, the Billing Meter Audit report will not run.

The Billing Meter Audit report lists all equipment with missing meters. The Billing Meter Audit report lists contact, customer name, contract, serial number, equipment number, equipment, phone, fax, overage due dates, meter type, the beginning meter, and a place for the ending meter.
