E-info™ Overview

ECI™ e-info is a web portal through which you can provide exceptional service to your customers by giving them the ability to manage their equipment online. With the e-info™ web portal, your customers can:

Obtain pertinent account information

View service information

View equipment/item information

Place service calls online

View meter information

Input meter readings

Place orders online

View order information

Manage user accounts online

Pay invoices online using a credit card or ACH account

Communicate with Technicians currently assigned to service calls

Each area of e-automate has its own tile on the e-info home page. Your customers can access all tasks from the area’s tile. If you do not give your customers access to certain areas of e-info, that applicable tiles will be blank. To access the e-info web site online help, click here.
