Entering License Keys

If you receive a license key from e-automate support, follow these instructions to enter your license key in e-admin.
Note: This topic applies to On Premise Installations only.
Note: To complete these instructions, you must have access to e-admin. If you do not have access to the e-admin server, contact your IT Administrator.

Copy the license key in preparation for pasting it into e-admin's New license key field.
Note: You can select the text and click CTRL+C to copy the license key.

From the main E-admin window, select File > Licenses to open the Manage Users and Licenses window.
Note: If this window displays a [Download key from Internet] button, do not use it; this option is not supported and has been removed on e-automate release 21.0.

Paste the license key into the New license key field.
Note: If you copied the license key using CTRL+C, click in the New license key field and then click CTRL+V to paste the key into the field.

Click [Update] to have e-admin update your license key.
Note: e-admin displays your license information in the upper left corner. If you have any problems entering your license key, contact e-automate Support.
