Viewing Item Prices

You can view prices for items on your item list. You can further determine what the system is going to charge a specific customer for an item by choosing the item and the customer in the Item Prices window.

Getting to the TransactionGetting to the Transaction

On the e-automate toolbar, click [Items] to open the Items window.

Select the item for which you want to know the price.

Click [Prices] to open the Item Prices window displaying the price levels associated with the item.
Note: If the item has a default price entered, the Price Level Desc. field displays Item Default Price. If there is no pricing information set, the system sets a default price and displays System Default in the Price Level Desc. field.
Note: If the item has quantity discounts established for any price level, the Quantity field displays the minimum quantity to get the discount price.

Viewing the InformationViewing the Information

To identify what a specific customer will pay for the item, use the lookup in the Customer field to select the customer. The customer-specific pricing is displayed.
