Using the Attribute Collection Window
When you have enabled Equipment History Tracking, you will see Equipment History Tracking windows displayed when you perform tracked transactions in e-automate. The Equipment History Tracking windows are built based on your Equipment History Tracking configuration and the information collected within the window.
Basic InfoBasic Info
Perform a tracked transaction.
When
the Equipment History Tracking window displays, click in the field
for the lookup to display.
Note:
Equipment
History Tracking collection windows behave differently from regular
e-automate windows in that you must click in a Lookup field to display
the Lookup tools.
In text entry fields, click in the field and enter your text.
In Yes/No fields, select the appropriate radio button.
In number fields, enter the number and e-automate will format based on the attribute definition.
In
date and date/time fields, use the drop-down calendar to specify the
date.
Note:
In time and date/time fields, you will still have to identify the
time.

Click [OK] to save the information.
